By empathizing with users and understanding their needs, I can identify issues and craft solutions that truly address their concerns. Deeply understanding people gives me insight into what users really need.

Design is a collaborative process that thrives on diverse perspectives. A great team encourages input from people of different backgrounds and experiences. I believe in fostering an inclusive environment where everyone is empowered to share ideas and take risks, as this leads to better, more innovative products.
